Lightworks Mediation charges $275 for a three-hour session, paid in advance, and split evenly between parties (unless ordered otherwise). Additional time is billed at $100/hour. We accept credit cards.

When resolution is reached, we prepare an agreement for you to sign. This is included in the session fee. In the case of divorce or parenting plans, documents may be submitted directly to the court. We also provide complimentary notary services.
